Knowledge of the formation of chemical elements, their distribution in our universe and their specific properties is also of crucial importance for materials science. This makes it possible to understand whether future solutions for replacing certain elements or materials for certain technical applications are realistic. GeoERA has supported a network of materials scientists who are working on alternative solutions of particularly resistance (T / P) materials where CRM´s are essential components.
